Awesome job from this local family business! Old aircon gave up the ghost 2 days before Xmas with an extended heat wave forecast. Phoned Dan and he came out after hours to check it out. Quote provided that evening and fitted our job in on Xmas Eve! Reasonable rates, responsive ++ and great communication. Will be forever grateful to the team from Gerocool. Thanks again guys.

Cannot thank Steve and his son enough for the repairs they completed on our caravan air conditioner. We were using another local company who continued to stuff us around for nearly two weeks, refusing to schedule an appointment for a remaining small job which was a result of their error. A quick call to Steve and within three hours he had been and gone and the job was done. I highly recommended Gerocool. 5/5.

We were holidaying through the midwest with our caravan. Had a problem with the A/C, so travelled into Geraldton to see if we could get it repaired. We went into Country Time Caravans and they were booked solid for 4 weeks in advance, however, they gave us a Gerocool card and said to try them. Rang and Steve said he'd be over in about 15 minutes to check it out. The problem was a U/S compressor fan, only 1 in Australia and that was in Q'ld. Steve organized a possible 3 speed fan with no wiring diagram from CTC and said he'd work out the wiring, might take a while. He got straight into it and succeeded. Fantastic service, very prompt and friendly. We recommend Gerocool highly. Solved our problem and we could continue on our holiday.

Great service, they managed to fit us in on short notice and great value for money 🙏 We recommend Gerocool highly. Solved our problem and we could continue on our holiday.
